SRAC Forum Terms of Service 2

These forums are provided as a means for healthy debate and information regarding SRAC and its events. By becoming a member of this forum you agree to: Use an identifying screen name and sign each of your posts with your first and last name. You agree under the terms of this TOS, not to:

* post any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

* impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

* disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Forum;

* post any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);

* post any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;

* post any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

* intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation;

* interfere with or disrupt the SRAC forums or servers, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of affiliates;

* harm minors in any way;

* "stalk" or otherwise harass another;

* collect or store personal data about other users.

* post any advertisements or information on any racing events that conflict with a SRAC sanctioned event.

You acknowledge that SRAC and its administration have the right (but not the obligation) to remove, modify, or alter any content provided via our message boards. SRAC shall have the right to remove any content that violates the TOS or is otherwise objectionable. SRAC also reserves the right to suspend or ban any user not complying with this TOS. You agree to evaluate all personally posted content, including its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. You also acknowledge that you may not rely on any content created by SRAC or its designated administration team. All information transmitted through the forum may not be provided with positive regard. SRAC holds no responsibility for any action relating to content received through our forum.
